About Me...

In 2009 I completed a Theatre, Performance and Events Design course at the Birmingham Institute of Art and Design. During my carefree uni years I experienced designing and making sets and costumes for various kinds of performances as well as working in a theatre and making props for a music festival.

Since graduating I have tried my luck in a variety of creative industries; from co-designing and making a touring art installation to sewing 180 hostage hoods...for an opera (no need to worry!)

My strengths lie in both set and costume design as well as costume making. Also I am particularly interested in production design for film and tv. Keeping creative (such an overused term but the only one that'll do!) has led me into writing- yes I know I'm beginning to sound like an art school cliche...

...So to wrap things up- this site (or unashamed attempt to 'big-up' myself) will feature past works and I will hopefully continue to update it with new projects, designs and articles.
